silicone oil lubricant is used in the sewing machine to lubricate the sewing thread that runs through the oil reservoir.
Characteristic
Manily Application(Typical Uses)
The sewing thread oil makes a homogeneous film on the filaments and gives excellent surface lubrication. It gives a high cooling effect to sewing NEEDLES therefore improves the efficiency of the sewing machine.
Prevents thread breakage
Cools needles (Needle temperatures during sewing with polyester threads may reach as high as 350 degrees C (662 degrees F). A good lubricant will protect thread from these extreme temperatures, preventing it from melting and breaking by dissipating the heat.
Prevent fusing of needle to material.
Reduces friction
Reduces heat buildup.
Package ,store and delivery:
1 It should be stored in clean ,sealed container without lead and tin alloy, avoid from acid,alkali and other impurity,avoid from fire.
2 Stored and conveyed as dangerous good.
3 Shelf life can be 3 years when it is coming off from the line if maker do as what item 1 mentioned. Simethicone which beyong the shelf life can be reused if it is still good after test.
Package can be 50kg plastic cask and 200kg iron cask with plastic interior.
